Responsibilities:

Participate in new software development and client specific projects. Perform database design and management. Implement database aspects of cutting edge applications. 

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or comparable experience
• Requires a thorough knowledge of options and techniques for standardizing, data transfers and synchronization between multiple versions of large databases across many servers.
• Knowledge of stored procedures, analysis of search plans, and techniques to extract, transform and load data, for hundreds of files and layouts.
• Strong experience in working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc.)
• XML
• Proven experience with database replication techniques, complexities, automation, monitoring, and high-availability strategies
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 a plus
